How to unlock: In WaterWorks: after solving the pump room dual-sensor puzzle, go to the locker room (requires Locker Room Key from the hidden alcove). Enter the hidden door at the back of the locker room and proceed through the corridor without triggering the entity. Take the staircase exit.

"Find Ending 2 — the true ending."

How to unlock: Complete all three memory fragments in Childhood Memories, return to the central play area, and approach The Figure. Do not run. The ending triggers automatically when you are within 3 meters.

"Solve your first shadow-key puzzle."

How to unlock: The first shadow-key puzzle is in WaterWorks — the maintenance room door off the main pool corridor. Position the light behind the valve wheel on the wall — its circular shadow activates the panel.

"Complete WaterWorks without dropping a light fixture into water."

How to unlock: Simply avoid the drained pool area when carrying a light. The pool edges are clearly visible. The common fail point is the pump room — stay on the walkway and do not attempt to aim light across the pool gap directly.

"Complete The Basement without setting down a light fixture at any point."

How to unlock: Carry the ceiling fixture from the furnace room all the way to the floor hatch exit without placing it on the floor. The sensor panel puzzle can be solved while holding the light — simply aim it at the panel manually rather than setting it down. This requires careful angle management but is achievable on first playthrough.

"Find the hidden cassette tape in WaterWorks."

How to unlock: Behind the empty lifeguard station, locate a locker with a combination lock. The combination is 4-7-2 — written in condensation on pool tiles visible only when light is cast at a near-horizontal angle to the floor. Unlock the locker to retrieve the tape and unlock the achievement.

"Discover the hidden family portrait in Childhood Memories."

How to unlock: In Memory Fragment 1 (birthday party room), illuminate exactly 5 of the 7 candles on the cake. Position the light to cast shadow over exactly 2 candles — the compartment behind the cake table will open, revealing the portrait photo.

"Complete Episode 1 in under 28 minutes."

How to unlock: Optimal route: skip all secrets, go directly for Ending 1 (shorter). Prologue: 5min. WaterWorks to Ending 1: 13min. Total: ~18min with practice. The 28-minute threshold is lenient enough for most experienced players on second playthrough.

"Find all 4 lore notes across Episode 1."

How to unlock: Note 1 (Prologue): furnace room floor, only visible when carrying light low. Note 2 (WaterWorks): maintenance tunnel far wall, illuminated from below. Note 3 (Childhood Fragment 1): inside the hidden portrait compartment. Note 4 (Childhood Fragment 3): written on the backyard fence in white paint visible only in near-dark conditions.
